My name is Larena and I am the Operator of can u feel it | FITNESS.  Get to know me >>>>>

boigraphy pic1I have always been passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle and in the past years have traveled parts of Asia and America as a performing professional dancer.

As well as building a career for myself in the entertainment industry I have taught ballet, hip hop and contemporary dance at several dance academies and schools at beginner and pre-professional levels, aspired young dancers to pursue their goals and encouraged them to practice healthy lifestyles.

My transition to personal training and the fitness industry came from experience with a range of dancers who in my eyes are athletes of grace, poise, flexibility and hidden strength. I quickly realised some dancers have a short career span (often a result of physical and mental demand) and at the age of 24 began thinking of my future and contribution to a healthier industry.

It’s important to get as much guidance and knowledge of correct training techniques, injury prevention and stress less, balanced lifestyles at an early age. I, myself, may have prolonged my dance career if i’d had the resources…. so came the birth of can u feel it | FITNESS.

I am passionate about self-discovery and owning my responsibilities including the psychology required for long-term weight management, injury prevention and stress relief through exercise.biography pic2

My aim is to assist those who feel physical restrictions in their day to day activites including dancers who can benefit from resistance, strength and flexibility training and of course encourage fun and enthusiasm for keeping fit along the way!

Being aware and being pro-active of correct postural alignment and proper care of our bodies can alleviate aches and pains and in turn extend our careers and lives!
